80th Street Harvey Cedars Beach Yoga Flow

This class takes place on the Beach at 80 th Street in Harvey Cedars.  Come dip your toes in the sand as we move, breathe and flow with the ocean as our backdrop. Please bring a large towel for yoga, sunscreen, and plenty fo water.  Feel free to cool off by taking a dip in the ocean after class.
